We're normally available for calls between 10am-10pm, 7 days per week however, in a real crisis we'll work on until all is resolved. Modern day virus removals frequently take a long time as the machines are running very slow at the start. Backing up and sanitising a users files can take a while and so we sometimes take these machines to our workshop for overnight service.

The relative costs of computer hardware have fallen considerably, and this will continue to be the trend, whilst the comparitive value of data has risen.

Strathclyde Computers provides a range of data integrity services including ensuring that your back-up services are viable and that you are prepared for disaster recovery. We have a range of data recovery systems available for when things go wrong and will be onsite quickly should disaster strike.

We can also guarantee to render any old hard drive absolutely data safe i.e. no-one will be able to get your old files no matter what tools they use.

If you're a large company you can afford to have one or more people onsite to take care of all things technical. For the smaller company or sole trader though this just isn't viable and yet, if things go wrong, your enterprise can grind to a halt.
